Memorandum Circular No. 89 s. 2025
Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council relative to the continuous heavy rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon, work in government offices and classes at all levels in Metro Manila, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal and Occidental Mindoro are hereby suspended on 22 July 2025.
