IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12024 This Implementing Rules and Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "Rules", is promulgated pursuant to Section 25 of Republic Act No. 12024¹ (RA No. 12024) for the purpose of revitalizing the country's Self-Reliant Defense Posture (SRDP) program and harnessing the full potential of the National Defense Industry.
